James was very helpful and responsive. He told me the initial design would be grainy and encouraged me to come up with something with a higher resolution. From finalizing the design to delivery it took 3 days. I just received with the banner and stand. The print quality is amazing and exactly like the image I provided. I am so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend!!
