The Decal Mulligan™ is designed to protect against honest installation mistakes—not to replace every decal. Our goal is to give customers peace of mind while keeping the program fair for everyone.

How to Request your replacement?

If your installation doesn’t go as planned:

1. Submit your replacement request through our website within 72 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s tracking information).
2. Upload a clear photo showing the unsuccessful installation.
3. Once your request is approved, pay the $6.99 shipping fee.
4. We’ll print and ship your replacement decal as quickly as possible.

Terms & Conditions

The Decal Mulligan™ is intended to help customers who experience an honest installation mistake. To keep the program fair for everyone, the following terms apply:

• Limited to one replacement decal per eligible order, regardless of the number of eligible decals purchased in that order.
• The Decal Mulligan™ is available only for eligible vinyl lettering products, including:
  • Open Hour Decals
  • Vinyl Lettering
  • Rear Glass Decals
• The program does not apply to other products sold by TheRetractableBanner.Shop, including but not limited to vinyl banners, retractable banners, X-banners, printed die-cut stickers, magnets, or any other non-eligible products.
• Customers receiving broker, reseller, wholesale, distributor, or other special discounted pricing are not eligible for The Decal Mulligan™.
• Replacement requests must be submitted through our website within 72 hours of confirmed delivery, based on the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
• A clear photograph of the unsuccessful installation is required with every replacement request.
• The replacement will be produced using the same artwork, size, color, material, and specifications as the original order. No changes or modifications may be made.
• The customer is responsible for the $6.99 shipping charge for the replacement decal due before a replacement is created and shipped out.
• The original order must have been placed directly through TheRetractableBanner.Shop.
• The Decal Mulligan™ applies only to honest installation mistakes. It does not cover customer ordering errors, incorrect measurements, design changes, accidental damage after a successful installation, vandalism, misuse, improper surface preparation, failure to follow installation instructions, normal wear and tear, or removal of an already-installed decal.
• Replacement decals provided under The Decal Mulligan™ are not eligible for an additional replacement request.
• The program is intended for the original purchaser only and may not be transferred to another customer or order.
• The Decal Mulligan™ may not be used for resale inventory, commercial production, or any purpose other than replacing a decal that was unintentionally damaged during installation by the original purchaser.
• We reserve the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent, excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of The Decal Mulligan™.
• TheRetractableBanner.Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The Decal Mulligan™ program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect replacement requests that were submitted and approved before the effective date of the change.
